Buy a new lawn tractor tractor, nah. Engine leaking, pull it and put in a V Twin. Accessibility problems, no problem. Get the trusty Mig welder and make the hood one piece and hinged like a drag car. Not a lot more horse power but a heck of a lot more torque.
